Our private offices and studios are housed in a historic two-story building with original interior details such as old brick and 14-foot-tall wood ceilings, natural light, a rooftop terrace, boardroom, a fully-stocked creativity and business resource library, a lounge, and other amenities. Renovated and curated by Sonja Rasula and her design team, the interior is a warm, inviting environment characterized by its design-savvy, forward-thinking and modern, rustic aesthetic. Located in the heart of Downtown LA's Arts District, our neighborhood is a hotbed of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship -- it couldn't be a more perfect catalyst for small businesses. Become a Unique Space Tenant

We have permanent offices ranging from $700 - $3500 per month.

Becoming a Tenant includes:

• 24-7 keyed access to the building

• High-Speed Wireless Internet Access

• All utilities

• Use of event space at various times throughout the year depending on booking schedule

• Use of all common areas

• Scheduled use of conference room

• Use of shared Kitchen with common farm table 

• Passenger elevator

• Use of Co-work area, M-F, 9am – 6pm
