Making a cocktail is serious business. It takes more than pouring vodka and juice in a glass! We're doing Valentines Day a day early this year and inviting everyone over for a date night, a girls night out, or a super fun teambuilding exercise.
Our teacher, Bryan Chenault works with local distilleries and bar companies, and is an expert in cocktail craftsmanship. In this workshop you'll learn some of the secrets to great cocktail creations. You'll make three different Valentines Day inspired drinks featuring locally distilled Ventura Spritis. Bryan will take you through a bar tool kit, explaining what each piece is used for. After the workshop, you'll take home a super cool Chez Gagné rocks glass, and your bar kit; so you'll be armed to impress with your cocktail skills, creating drinks for your next party! You'll also be able to try spirits from small batch distilleries right here in Southern California; Ventura Spirits, and Amaro Angeleno. We'll provide you with all the mixers and garnishes you'll need, and you'll get to enjoy all the drinks you make!
If you missed our last one, now is your chance to come!
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
An industry veteran of 12 years, Chenault has been developing spirits brands for the likes of Bacardi (Dewar's White Label) and William Grant + Sons (Hendrick's, Sailor Jerry and The Balvenie) before going on to work for Cocktail Academy LA and starting his own company conspiritor Consulting, where he oversees marketing, sales and drink strategy for craft distillers like Ventura Spirits and Amaro Angeleno. Please don't call him a mixologist.
