Making a cocktail is serious business. It takes more than pouring vodka and juice in a glass! Bryan Chenault works with local distilleries and bar companies, and is an expert in cocktail craftsmanship.
In this workshop you'll learn some of the secrets to great cocktail creations. You'll make three different drinks perfect for Fall; a SoCal Sidecar, a Golden Negroni, and a Make Hay Martini. Bryan will take you through a bar tool kit, explaining what each piece is used for. You'll also be able to try spirits from small batch distilleries right here in Southern California; Ventura Spirits, and Amaro Angeleno. We'll provide you with all the mixers and garnishes you'll need, and you'll get to enjoy all the drinks you make!

ABOUT THE TEACHER: An industry veteran of 12 years, Chenault has been developing spirits brands for the likes of Bacardi (Dewar's White Label) and William Grant + Sons (Hendrick's, Sailor Jerry and The Balvenie) before going on to work for Cocktail Academy LA and starting his own company conspiritor Consulting, where he oversees marketing, sales and drink strategy for craft distillers like Ventura Spirits and Amaro Angeleno.
