GA: Shop Right- Building and Operating Your 1st E-Commerce Store

GA and TUS

(DTLA) We’ve all heard the words Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, ZenCart, Business Catalyst, and dozens of other shopping cart systems — but how do you know which one to pick? As a manager, how do you decide what features matter most and which ones don’t? This class will provide startup CEOs, CTOs, product owners, and sales managers with a framework for navigating through a maze of e-commerce options. By going over the basic anatomy of a shopping cart, payment processor, and payment gateway through a series of case studies, you’ll be better able to make strategic decisions without relying on questionable vendor marketing.

Student Takeaways:
- Learn how to audit various shopping carts, payment processors, and payment gateways.
- Be able to make clearer, faster decisions.
- Find out how to determine your e-commerce needs.
- Gain a list of vendors worth exploring (based on your needs) and a proposed way of reporting success to your bosses.
