An Intimate Look into the Beautiful Business of Event Design and Planning.

Over the course of 4 days, Nancy Park, the owner and principal planner of So Happi Together, will demonstrate her knowledge of how to start, manage and love an event design and planning firm. With over 5 years of experience teaching as a college Instructor and 9 years of experience planning and designing weddings and non-profit events, she will focus on teaching planners and aspiring planners a streamlined way to run their business, book brides, and plan and design weddings.

The first 2 consecutive days, July 26th and 27th will be an in-depth look at the ins and outs of the industry, your business and your brides. This will include a specialized tutorial on Social Media and Marketing by famed photographer, Jana Williams. Introduction to numerous fun and fresh vendors through our inspiring and informative So Happi Swag box, beautifully designed tablescapes and scrumptious lunches catered by Urban Palate. You will also receive practical tools and examples of paperwork needed to successfully manage your business and seamlessly plan weddings (contracts, spreadsheets, checklists, timelines, etc.)  In an intimate setting with a VERY LIMITED number of seats, you will be inspired, educated and create lifelong personal and professional relationships.  

The 3rd Day will be different for everyone, as you will have the opportunity to shadow Nancy and her team at one of their REAL weddings between August-December 2014. Only 2 attendees per wedding, and attendees may choose the wedding they wish to shadow based on the order they sign-up for the Happi Wedding Workshop. Possible weddings will take place at The Saddlerock Ranch, Hummingbird Nest Ranch, The Smogshoppe, Langham Resort and Pelican Hill Resort.

The 4th Day will be a reunion, wrap-up and Q&A session to take place in late December at a location and date TBD by the availability of all workshop attendees. Nancy is excited to meet, enlighten and inspire fellow planners and designers with her knowledge and passion.

So Happi Together is a boutique event design and planning firm, specializing in weddings and other celebrations of love.  Founder and Principal Planner, Nancy Park, is a Southern California native and personally works on the design and coordination of each event.  Her philosophy is that phenomenal parties are a result of purposeful planning.  The unique identities and stories of her clients inspire the design of each event.  Together, they orchestrate a day that harmoniously reflects the couple's style, vision, taste and love. She adores personal details and the challenge to creatively and tastefully incorporate them into each day.

Nancy received her Bachelor's degree from the University of California in San Diego with honors in Communication and her Masters degree and Doctoral work in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University.  She has designed and planned over 100 weddings and her approach to event planning is overwhelmingly detailed, organized and happy.  Her warmth and professionalism bring a sense of calm to any planning process and wedding day.  She especially enjoys building fabulous friendships with her clients.  With her added extensive experience as a college Instructor, she is eager to share her knowledge and passion with you!
